The forging division of INNOVAW Group was established in 1998. After more than 20 years of development, it has become a professional manufacturer of forged parts with independent research and development capabilities, and is in a leading position in the fields of aluminum alloy forging, forged copper, forged steel, etc. The products are widely used in the fields of automotive, medical, wind power, petroleum, mining, agricultural machinery, rail transportation, aerospace, engineering machinery, etc. Customers are mainly distributed in Canada, the United States, Germany, France, Italy, Norway, Finland, Switzerland and other countries and regions, and won a good reputation among customers.
INNOVAW's newly established forging plant covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with more than 20 forging production lines, and based on forging workshop, heat treatment workshop, CNC machining workshop, packaging workshop and testing laboratory. Currently the forging division has more than 200 employees and 20 engineers, which can realize one-stop service from design support, mold development, forging, CNC machining to surface treatment.
The factory has passed IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Lloyd's Register certification and government green factory audit. We are in the process of declaring CBAM to our customers and plan to obtain SA8000 and ISO/IEC27001 certification in the near future.
