INNOVAW's forging company has more than 20 years of experience in forging copper products. We have 8 copper die forging production lines, including various types of forging presses ranging from 300 tons, 630 tons, 1000 tons to 2500 tons. At the same time, it is equipped with a full set of corresponding heat treatment, cutting, shot blasting, cleaning and complete CNC machining equipment.

Our engineers can design the most suitable production processes and capacity allocation according to the characteristics of the customer's product requirements. We can undertake copper alloy forgings of various specifications, with sizes ranging from a few millimeters to more than a thousand millimeters and with qualities ranging from a few grams to tens of kilograms. The products are widely used in automobile, electric, communication, aerospace, construction, ship berth, medical and other fields.

INNOVAW's team of professional forging engineers will design parts, molds and manufacturing processes in accordance with the APQP process before production runs begin, and ensure PPAP approval is completed prior to volume production. The plant's machine shop can customize all forging dies, and the tool and die shop can rework dies at any time during a production run. The in-house heat treat facility also allows parts to be heat treated without leaving the facility, which not only reduces lead times, but also allows engineers to track and adjust the process at any time.
