Forging new product-Small wind turbine blades

Innovaw has launched a new product: wind turbine blades, which is mainly used in small wind turbines, and is one of the important accessories for such turbines.

This product adopts aluminum forging and supporting CNC machining process, the finished product not only has excellent strength and toughness, but also has good corrosion resistance and lightweight features, providing higher performance and more reliable solutions for such small wind turbines.

Since receiving the customer's requirements, the company immediately formed a product development team, first through the DFM analysis, and then strictly in accordance with the product quality advance planning (APQP) process to carry out research and development work.

1、First determine the customer's requirements and expectations, define the scope and objectives of the project, and develop a project schedule and allocate resources.
2、Create design specifications according to customer requirements, and use FMEA to identify potential risks, and conduct multiple iterations of project design reviews.
3、Iterative testing to validate the product, using MSA tools to ensure that the assessment accurately measure the various characteristics of the product.
4、Develop a manufacturing process that conforms to the product design, use SPC tools to monitor and control the process, and ensure that PPAP approval is completed before mass production.

Molding Making

INNOVAW's professional engineers design the 3D model of the product according to the drawings and carry out rapid prototyping to validate it, and finally complete the actual mold manufacturing.

Forging Machine

The forgings are heat-treated and then formed by 2000T die forging press in one go, and then go through trimming, shot blasting, machining, etc., to get the final product.

Full process testing and documentation

All products need to pass the whole process inspection, first and last parts, inspection and shipping final inspection. We strive for zero defects and 100% customer satisfaction.
