1. Equipment and Hardware Capabilities
Examine the variety and quantity of equipment, brand and precision, age of the machinery, and the range of machining dimensions—these factors primarily reflect the scope of machining capabilities and the facility’s technical strength.

Often, people are more important than equipment. Therefore, it is essential to evaluate the technical expertise of the staff, the skill level of operators, industry experience, and successful case studies.
6. Management and Digitalization
Assess the presence of ERP/MES systems, production traceability, work order management, tool management, and digital monitoring. These factors demonstrate the factory’s standardization capabilities.
