New product-Motor bracket of Electric bike

Innovaw has successfully launched a new product-aluminum motor bracket, which is mainly used in new energy vehicles such as electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, etc. It is used as a protective bracket for the motor, which is one of the important accessories in such vehicles.

For the application of motor bracket, it requires not only excellent strength and toughness, but also good corrosion resistance and light weight. This product adopts aluminum forging plus welding and CNC machining process, using 6061T6 aluminum alloy, hot die forging, robot automatic welding, the product wall thickness is only 6mm, in terms of strength, corrosion resistance, welding strength, surface effect and so on have achieved a good balance. It provides a higher performance and more reliable solution for the e-bike and other transportation industries.

3、Technicians perform DFM analysis, 3D mold design, and rapid prototyping.
4、Iterative testing to validate the product, using MSA tools to ensure that the assessment accurately measure the various characteristics of the product.
5、Develop a manufacturing process that conforms to the product design, use SPC tools to monitor and control the process, and finalize PPAP approval.

Molding Making

Innovaw's professional engineers design the 3D model of the product according to the drawings and carry out rapid prototyping to validate it, and finally complete the actual mold manufacturing.

Forging Machine

After preheating, the raw material aluminum bar is formed by 2000T die forging press for secondary forming, and then enter the next step of trimming, shaping, machining, welding, shot blasting, heat treatment, processing and other processes, and finally made into products.

Welding

For the shaped structure and curved surface of this motor bracket product, in order to reduce the product defects and ensure the consistency of the product, the robot automatic welding process is adopted.
