New product-Motor bracket of Electric bike

Innovaw has successfully launched a new product-aluminum motor bracket, which is mainly used in new energy vehicles such as electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, etc. It is used as a protective bracket for the motor, which is one of the important accessories in such vehicles.

For the application of motor bracket, it requires not only excellent strength and toughness, but also good corrosion resistance and light weight. This product adopts aluminum forging plus welding and CNC machining process, using 6061T6 aluminum alloy, hot die forging, robot automatic welding, the product wall thickness is only 6mm, in terms of strength, corrosion resistance, welding strength, surface effect and so on have achieved a good balance. It provides a higher performance and more reliable solution for the e-bike and other transportation industries.

5、Develop a manufacturing process that conforms to the product design, use SPC tools to monitor and control the process, and finalize PPAP approval.
